Recoater
Current Position: Shows the current position of the recoater relative to the home position.
Move To: : Amount to manually move the recoater. Set this value using inside this box.
Move Increment: Set specified lengths when manually moving the recoater.
Velocity: : Specifies the recoater speed, in inches per second, during manual motion. This setting does not affect the
recoater speed during printing. Set this value inside this box.
Back/Front: Manually move the recoater towards the front and rear of the system.
Move to Home: Move the recoater to its home position (Y axis).
Calibrate: Runs a predefined operation to calibrate the recoater system.
Blade Gap: Change blade gap distance in percentage. When this value is changed, the recoater calibration need to be
performed.
Stop: Stops the current manual motion and operation.

Inches/Centimeters: Set all values in either inches or centimeters.

Stir Vat
Stir time: Amount of time to perform the stir function. Set this value inside this box.
Stir Depth: Distance to lower the elevator when stirring. Set this value inside this box.
Stir: Pressing this button causes the system to mix the material by moving the elevator up and down according to the
settings entered. Perform the following steps:
1. Using the up and down arrows, position the elevator to the uppermost stir position.
2. Set the Stir Depth value for the distance to lower the elevator.
3. Set the Stir Time for the amount of time to perform the stir action.
4. Press Stir.
Level Material: Moves displacer up or down in vat until material is level.
Remove Bubbles: Runs a predefined operation to remove bubbles on the material surface.

Elevator Settings
Offload Position: Displays the elevator's offload position.
+ Set To Current Position: Select this to set the defined offload position.
Start Position: Displays the elevator's start position.
+ Set To Current Position: Select this to set the defined start position.
Drain Position: Displays the elevator's drain position.
+Set To Current Position: Select this to set the defined drained position.

Recoater Settings
Vacuum: Switch the recoater vacuum on and off.

Build Settings
Prior to Print :
• Home platform - Select box to home platform before printing
• Remove Bubbles - Select box to remove bubbles prior to printing
Printing:
• Smart Sweep - Turn on/off Smart Sweep feature during printing
Post Print:
• Move Platform - Select box to move platform to either the drain or offload position after the build is complete.
