6 Remove the DOS LAN Services Disk 1 diskette and
insert the EtherDisk diskette.
The next menu displays the 3Com Fast EtherLink ISA NIC.
Additional menus will appear.
7 Select the appropriate options for your network
environment and complete the installation.
Refer to the IBM documentation if you have questions
about these menus.
8 After completing the installation, copy 3C515.DOS
from the EtherDisk diskette to C:\NET.
9 Reboot the PC.
The NDIS 2 driver installation is complete.
OS/2 LAN Server
OS/2 must be already installed on your PC. To install the
NDIS 2 driver, follow these steps:
1 Open an OS/2 prompt.
2 Insert the LAN Server MPTS (Multi-Protocol
Transport Services) Disk 1 diskette into your floppy
disk drive.
3 Make that drive your current drive and type:
a:install [Enter]
4 Click OK.
5 Click Install.
6 Select a target drive and then click OK.
The default drive is C.
7 Insert MPTS Disk 2 when prompted and click OK.
8 Click OK when the MPTS installation is complete.
9 Click Configure.
10 Select LAN Adapters and Protocols and then
select Configure.
11 Select Other Adapters and then click OK.
