This chapter describes how to install the NetWare driver
on your PC.
The NetWare DOS ODI client driver allows your PC to
connect to a Novell NetWare network as a client.
To operate the 3C515-TX NIC in any other network
environment, see Chapter 4.
It is assumed that you have not installed any other NIC in
the PC. Some of the following instructions may not apply
or may produce different results. Ask your MIS
department for instructions.
Before You Begin
Before you install the NetWare network driver, make sure
you have the 3C515-TX
EtherDisk diskette or EtherCD.
Obtain the following information from your system
administrator.

Windows for Workgroups
■
Windows 95
■
Windows NT
■
Name of your NetWare file server
■
Your network account user name and password
