Issue
• Upon opening the lid after a successful run,
the Visium slide has
popped out of the grooves
on the Visium Slide Stage. This does not
impact assay performance or slide quality.
•
Debris is present
on the Tissue Slide Stage or Visium Slide stage: see
section to clean the area.
•
Bubbles near tissue on tissue slide
: if bubbles are outside of the
tissue, the risk of affecting assay performance is low. If bubbles are on
top of the tissue, it may result in lack of usable reads in the tissue area
with the bubble.
Best practice: ensure reagent is prepared properly and correctly
dispensed to the wells to avoid introducing bubbles.
