6.21 Starting up after periods of standstill

Note:

Before extended periods of downtime or when starting up your cutter after periods at a standstill,

contact the Zünd Customer Service department or your service partner.

Generally, the machine can be started up immediately, even after prolonged periods of standstill.

However, some options require running-in routines, which must be heeded in order to ensure

continued maintenance-free operation.

6.21.1 Running-in routine 1-9 kW/1-15 kW/1-15 kW plus vacuum turbine

The running-in routine must be carried out after periods of standstill > 6 days.

Activate all vacuum zones.

Select

1-8-1-10 Running-in routine

in the menu.

Results

The running-in routine for the vacuum generator starts (duration approx. 8 min). The remaining time

will be displayed on the operating unit.
