1.Turn on the power.
2.Stop the machine while the needle bar is at
its hightest position.
3.The pulley reference line should be visible
in the windows
of the belt cover when the
machine is stopped.
Check that the distance from the top of the
need le plate to the bosom of the needle clamp
is 39-42mm at this time.
<Adjustment method>
1.Turn the machine pulley until the A mark
is in line with the red dot.
2.Turn the glisten parcel
until the guild
light is turned on.
3.Turn the glisten parcel
a little, make
sure the A mark is in line with the red dot,
when the needle is up stop position.
