ASSEMBLY MANUAL
CAUTION!
Follow the steps below during the assembly and use tools supplied with the product.
Prepare sufficient space for the assembly operation.
It is advisable to assemble the product with another person because of the weight of some elements.
STEP 1.
Fit the adjustable levelling foot (31) to the
main frame (1), then attach both connecting
tube covers (68) to both roller brackets (3)
using Phillips screws (21).
Attach the pedals (36) to the pedal bars
(5L/R) with Phillips screws (38).
NOTE : Before fitting the bases, remove the
plastic or cardboard transport protection, if
present.
STEP 2.
First connect the sensor cable (41) to the
extension cable (44).
Mount the steering column (4) to the main
frame (1) using hexagon bolts (46) (47),
spring washers (48), flat washers (34) and arc
washers (49).
Then fit the left and right steering column
covers (45L/R) to the main frame (1) using
self-tapping screws (62).
NOTE : The right and left parts are marked
"R" for right and "L" for left.
