IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Ensure that the safety instructions marked the beginning of this manual are followed at all times during use.
The scale allows a maximum weight of 180 kg and a precision level of 100 g. Follow the instructions below
for the start-up of this device.
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
1. Remove the product from its original packaging, taking special care not to damage any of its parts. Do
not use any excessive force to remove the product from the box.
2. Remove the battery cover at the back of the scales.
3. Place the battery in the location indicated under the cover with the positive polarity that is visible at all
times. Close the cover again.
4. If the device is not to be used for a prolonged period of time, remove the batteries to prevent acid leaks
from the battery.
5. Place the appliance on a horizontal, solid, rigid, flat, stable surface that is free of vibration.
6. If the message “Lo” is displayed, replace the batteries.
7. Prepare the apparatus according to the unit weight. The factory settings
use the units “kg” and “cm”. To change the settings to “lb” or to “st:lb”, proceed as follows: Switch on the
scale by gently placing your feet on the glass surface. Press the down button until the required unit of
weight is shown. The unit of height also changes automatically.
NORMAL WEIGHT MODE
1. Gently place your feet on the surface of the scale to start the device and wait for the symbol “0.0” to
appear on the screen.
2. Stand in the centre of the platform and avoid sudden movements, keep still and do not touch other
objects until the scale shows your weight. The user must wait while the weight is being calculated. The
scale indicates that it has completed the weighing by flashing the final value three times.
3. To save energy, the device goes into sleep mode after several seconds of inactivity.
4. To return to normal operation, simply place your foot lightly on the platform and wait for the symbol “0.0”
to appear on the screen.
5. Replace the unit in a safe and stable place.
WEIGHT MODE WITH COMPOSITION INFORMATION
1. This product enables you to obtain information regarding the composition of your weight, indicating the
values for body mass index, bone, muscle, water, etc.
2. A user must first be configured in order to obtain this information. This product has a memory capacity
for up to 10 users. This memory stores data on the gender, age and height of the person, but not the
measurements made with the product.
3. Press the SET button to configure a user. The corresponding user numer will flash on the display. To
change user number use the up/down buttons. Select the user confirming with SET button.
4. Then the icon to select the corresponding gender of the user will flash. To change user gender use the
up/down buttons. Press SET again to confirm (X - woman, Y - man).
5. Then the text AGE will start to flash and you can select the required age. To select user age use the up/
down buttons. Press SET again to confirm.
6. Finally you must select the corresponding height using the up/down buttons and indicate the height of the
user in cm. Press SET to confirm and the configured values for this user will appear on the display. If you
need to make any changes proceed in the same way as to create the user.
7. Once the user is stored in the memory of the scale with gender, age and height parameters, you must
turn on the product by pressing the SET buton and scrolling through the memories using the up / down
buttons to the selected user to proceed to the reading. All data on gender, age and height are displayed on
the screen and then “0.0” will be shown indicating that you can now start the weighing process.
8. Gently place your bare feet on the surface of the scale. You should ensure that your feet are in contact
with the metal electrodes of the Product urface.
9. Avoid sudden movements, keep still and do not touch other objects until the scale displays a stable
weight.
10. It will then proceed to calculate the composition of your weight, which takes a few seconds. The values
of BMI, fat (FAT), water (TBW), muscle (MUS), bone (BONE), Kcal will be displayed on screen after this
calculation. Calories are shown on screen referring to the basal metabolic rate, i.e. the number of daily
calories needed to maintain the basic functions of your body.
11. Get off the device only after the calculation of the composition has been completed.
12. The data will be displayed twice and then the scale will turn off.

The values given are indicative and may vary depending on individual factors. It is always worth consulting
a doctor or specialist in order to accurately assess the body fat and water content.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
This product is for domestic use only and not intended for professional use.
Children should be supervised by an adult in order to prevent the device being used as a toy.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with any reduced physical, sensory
or mental capacities, or who do not the sufficient experience and knowledge necessary, unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety.
REPAIRS
Only specialized personnel may carry out repairs on electrical devices. Any incorrectly performed repair
may lead to considerable danger to users. Please contact after-sales service for any repairs. Failure to
follow the instructions entail the total loss of the product guarantee.
