System Description
The ZyPer4K-M series of products from ZeeVee provide a means for transmitting and receiving
audio-visual information across a standard IP network with outstanding quality at very low
latencies. “ZyPer4K-M”, “Z4Kxxx”, and “Z4K Equipment” are terms which are used
interchangeably in this document to refer to the ZyPer4K Family of Medical Grade Video
Distribution Equipment offered by ZeeVee.
A minimal system consists of:
• Video Source
• ZyPer4K-M Encoder device
• Cable or Fiber
• ZyPer4K-M Decoder device
• Video sink (display device)
A fully realized system consists of:

•
10G Ethernet switching Infrastructure (> (N+M) ports of non-blocking capacity)

(M) ZyPer4K-M Decoder devices
