What should I do if something suddenly stops working in my system?
There is absolutely no reason to worry about replacement parts for this system. Parts like
keypad, reader, screen, boards [ Reader] are readily available for immediate
replacement. Please contact your dealer to get this replacement parts.

Tenant Unlock Code not registering, why?
User-code must be created using included software first. After this, you will be able to
modify/edit or delete individual code via cell-phone.
10.
I have a Gate Opener; will this system open/close the gate?
Absolutely, system puts out 12 to 15V DC to push. Please ensure your gate opener
requirement falls within the stated push power.
11.
We have 2-Gates/Doors in our building, what will be required to control both?
We have a model that easily supports this function. Please look for the “2-Elock Control
Series” to resolve this issue.
12.
I have an existing E-Lock that works; do I need a new one?
New lock will not be required as long as it is a DC type lock. And, no separate power will be
required to power lock. Please see pages 8 thru 9 to view electronic lock wiring diagrams.
13.
I will be mounting this system outdoor, what will I need?
