Be sure to activate service associated with your new sim card. Prepaid/Plan Sim-Card comes
with telephone number, try calling this phone number to make sure number works. If
working, Service carrier’s system will prompt you to setup your voicemail and more.
Initial “Handshake”, refer to as “Device Registration” to carrier’s network requires steady
strong link signal. This process takes about 5-10 seconds if connecting this device to any public
network for the first time. If experiencing weak signal in current location, move system away
to a different location (Where Your Cell phone Works Better). Power system off & on, and try
calling phone number assigned to system.

How do I contact system from my smart-phone?
Simply by “Text/SMS”. Enter commands as illustrated in:
“Modifying/Editing System Information Using Mobile/Cell-phone” Just follow each editing steps.

Are system parts available for replacement?

Screen suddenly display the following message:
[New SIM 1 Voice-Mail]
Means voice message (s) waiting to be heard.
Solution:
Please contact your service provider to disable
“Voice Mail” function. Once done, power system
Off/On to clear screen.
