Function Menu Shapes and Functions
To help you understand how different function menus work, the keys are displayed using
different shapes that indicate their functions.
A normal key.
Tap to immediately execute the function.
There is a next level.
Indicates that items related to the displayed item are available
in the next level. Tapping the key displays the next-level
function menu.
Displays a parameter input window.
Tap to display a parameter input window for entering parameter
values.
Displays the next level and a parameter input window.
Tap to move to the next level and display a parameter input
window.
A key for returning to the previous level.
Tapping the key displays the previous-level function menu.
A selection key.
Select a key from among the keys that are connected by black
bands. The selected key is highlighted.
In some cases, several keys may be connected.
