Clutch inspection
1. Check whether the housing splice has scars or cuts
due to the collision of clutch disc.
2. Check the clutch disc. If there is a scratch or de
pigment or a strong scorching smell, replace it.
Measure the thickness of each clutch disc.
Maintenance limit:

2.8mm.
3. Check the clutch plate for distortion, and check
the planners with a clearance gauge.
Maintenance limit:
≤
0.20mm.
4. Measure the thickness of each clutch plate. The
thickness is 1.4mm.
5. Measure the free length of the clutch spring.
Maintenance limit:
≥
41.3mm.
