Basic Call Features

Enter the group call pickup code in the

Group Call Pickup Code

field.

Click

Confirm

to accept the change.

To pick up a call in the group:

Pick up the handset, press the Speakerphone key or press the line key.

The

GPickup

soft key appears on the LCD screen.

Press the

GPickup

soft key on your phone when a phone in the group receives an incoming

call.

The call is answered on your phone.

You can also configure a DSS key as a group pickup key via phone user interface or web user
interface. Once configured, you can pick up a call by pressing the group pickup key directly. For
more information, refer to

DSS Keys

on page

Note

The directed call pickup code and group call pickup code are predefined on the system server.
Contact your system administrator for more information.

The call pickup code configured on a per-line basis takes precedence over that configured on a
global basis.
