Configures the anonymous call rejection on code to activate the server-side
anonymous call rejection feature for account X. The IP phone will send the
anonymous call rejection on code to the server when you activate anonymous call
rejection feature for account X on the IP phone.

X ranges from 1 to 6 (for SIP-T28P).

X ranges from 1 to 3 (for SIP-T26P/T22P).

X ranges from 1 to 2 (for SIP-T20P).
