11. Limited Warranty
Yasing Technology Corp. Limited One-Year Product Warranty
Yasing Technology Corp. warrants this product against defects in materials and
workmanship for its warranty period. If a defect is discovered, Yasing will, at its option,
repair or replace the product at no charge provided it is returned during the warranty
period with transportation charges prepaid to the authorized Yasing dealer from whom
you purchased the product. Repaired or replaced product will be returned to you at the
same revision level as received or higher at Yasing’s option. Yasing reserves the right to
replace discounted product with an equivalent generation product. Proof of purchase may
be required.
This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse
or misapplication; if the product has been modified or dismantled without the written
permission of Yasing; or if any Yasing serial number has been removed or defaced.
The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, whether
oral or written, expressed or implied. Yasing specifically disclaims any and all other
warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular
purpose, and non-infringement of third party rights are expressly excluded.
Yasing is not responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages
resulting from any breach of warranty or under any other legal theory, including,
without limitation, damages resulting from use of or reliance on this
information presented, loss of profits or revenues or costs of replacement goods,
even if informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
