6. INSTALLING ELECTRODES
When 2-stage electrode is used

) Insert the upper electrode into the slide rail.

) Install the lower electrode onto the bottom of the chamber.

) Install shelf board electrode slide pins into the screw holes in the middle of each of shelf pegs. (CAP
bolts M4×10)
