F2: Reverb/Effect
The PSR-6000 has 23 reverb-based effects and 9 other effects that
can be selected via the REVERB/EFFECT function display. The se-
lected reverb and effect types are applied to the sound when the [EF-
FECT] and [REVERB] buttons are used (see page 31).

REVERB TYPE
Selects the reverb effect to be applied when the
[REVERB] button is turned on (page 31).
If the
REVERB TYPE
parameters are not show-
ing on the lower section of the display, press the

LCD button. Use the

select a reverb group, and the

select the desired reverb effect.

REVERB DEPTH
Independently sets the depth of the selected
reverb effect for the rhythm, bass, chord 1, chord 2,
orchestra 1, and orchestra 2 sound.
If the
REVERB DEPTH
parameters are not show-
ing on the lower section of the display, press the
DEPTH
LCD button. Use the
RHY
,
BASS
,
CHD2

CHD1
,
ORC2
, and
ORC1
LCD dials to set the
depth of the reverb effect as required for the corre-
sponding orchestra parts.
NOTES
• Reverb depth can be adjusted in 8 steps (0 … 7),
represented by a vertical bar to the right of each
DEPTH parameter in the upper section of the display.
The longer the bar, the greater the reverb depth.
• If the depth setting is changed while a note is being
played, the new depth setting will take effect from the
next note played.
NOTES
• The “TempoSync” effects produce a delay that is
synchronized to the currently selected tempo. “Varia-
tion : Distort.” produces a distortion effect.
• Try out all of the effects to get a feel for what they can
do to your sound.
