CADENA DE TRANSMISIÓN

CHECKING THE DRIVE CHAIN

1.

Measure:

•

15 links of the drive chain

OOS

Replace יו

the

chain.

Link length limit of 15

191.5 mm

a.

Measure the length "a" between the inner

faces of the roller and the length "b" between
the outer faces of the rollers 15 in a section of
the chain links of the transmission as shown
in the illustration.

3.

Clean:

•

Drive chain

a.

Clean the drive chain with a clean cloth.

b.

Sprinkle with chemical cleaner chain drive

chain and thoroughly clean.

Chain cleaner recommended for
chains with O-ring

4. Check:

b.

Calculate the length "c" of section 15 links in

the chain of transmission using the following
formula "c" = (length "a" between the inner
faces of the r length "b" between the
outer faces of the rollers) / 2

NOTE:

•

When measuring the segment of 15 links in the

chain of transmission, ensure that the drive
chain is taut.

•

Perform the measurement in two or three

different points each time

• Roller transmission chain "1"

Damage /

wear

• Side plates of the chain of transmission "2"

Damage / wear

Replace יו

transmission.

Cracks
