INSTALLING THE CRANKSHAFT JOURNAL
BEARINGS

1. Attach:

• crankshaft journal bearings

NOTE:

Attach the crankshaft journal bearing to the
installer

2. Install:

• crankshaft journal bearings

NOTE:

• Install each crankshaft journal bearing from

the inside of the crankcase with the notch

facing inward.

• To install the crankshaft journal bearings,

press each bearing into the crankcase as
shown in the illustration.

1.9 ~ 2.7 mm (0.075 ~ 0.106 in)
