3. INSPECTION & ADJUSTMENT

Throttle Pedal Check

Check the free play of throttle pedal

Free play: 1.5-3mm

If out of range, then adjust

Loosen locknut of throttle cable turn the

regulator and adjust free play of throttle pedal

After adjusting, tighten locknuts and install

throttle cable sleeve.

Replace with a new throttle cable if the specified

free play could not be acquired by adjusting the

regulator or if there is still stickiness with the throttle.
