Instructions for operation with multiple pumps in line
Default working method: fixed hose mode
Connection: the two main cables (0.5 mm2) can be used to independently check the pumps parallel control (6 maximum).
1. Inverter installation: make sure to perform earthing of both the pumps and inverters.
2. Connection to the electric mains: after connecting the system to the electric mains, the start-up and electric pumps LEDs will turn on.
3. Main and auxiliary pump setting
Press “STOP”, in order to turn off the pump indicator. Simultaneously press UP and DOWN for 3 seconds, so that the F001 message appears on
the display. Press UP until arriving at F011, then press “RUN”, and change the data to 2 (default is 1). If more than two pumps are connected, all F011
data of all pumps must be adjusted, maximum is 6. In this connection mode, the main pump is the one with the lowest value, the other cannot have the same
number, otherwise it will lose priority.
4. connect the communication line of the inverter 485: There are two wires connected to the inverter, the red wire is the positive line (+), the black one is the
negative (-). They must have the same threaded fitting. If there are more than two inverters in the system, they must be connected in the same order
(example 1 with 2, 2 with 3 ...)
5. Restart after energy interruption: after completing the previous steps, disconnect power for 5 minutes and then restore it. During this time, the screen of
the inverter connected to the main pump will display “NET”, and the LEDs of the pumps connected to the system will continuously flash.
The system is ready when they stop flashing.
6. Set the constant pressure in the system: it may also be set only if the main pump, not in the auxiliary ones.
