do not know the MSN you should use "0". A PBX might reject outgoing calls using a
misconfigured MSN, however some accept the call if MSN "0" is used.

With Euro-ISDN and a direct connection to the network of your telecommunications
company, you usually have to provide the phone number omitting the local area code
as MSN. On a PBX however you usually have to specify the the extension code only.

For the American NI1 protocol you have to supply the MSN and the Service Point
Identifier (SPID) in the format MSN:SPID.

If you are using the 1TR6 protocol you have to specify the "EAZ" which has to be
a single digit (usually 0 or 1) which has nothing to do with the phone number itself.
Entering more than one digit is not admissible.

Number to dial

Here you should enter the number that will be called if you want to connect to technical
support. Some support numbers may already be entered by default. In this case you
might see almost identical entries, some of them with the prefix "0". This call prefix might
be necessary when SX-GATE is connected to a PBX. If you know for sure whether you
need to dial the prefix "0" or not, you should delete the improper entry.

Verify incoming calls

Accept incoming calls for calling numbers

You can store particular numbers that you want to accept incoming calls from. This
interface will not accept a call if the calling number is not listed here.

The phone numbers of your technical support may already be listed here. Depending
on the telephone network the prefixed zeros might have been "swallowed" from the
callers number. Especially when directly connected to the network of the telephone
company the leading 0 is usually omitted.

Callback

Activate D channel callback

If possible, select the callback mode. With callback every time this interface is called
by technical support a return call (Callback) will be initiated by SX-GATE. With callback
active it will be very difficult for an aggressor to gain unauthorised access.
