Phaser 6115MFP Multifunction Product Service Manual

Service Parts Disassembly

5.

From the right side of the tray, lift the tray free from the “boss”.

Caution

Use care not to lose the 2 springs. Also, be careful not to damage the 
actuator of the Tray 1 No Paper Empty Sensor.

6.

With the tray removed, pinch the plastic hooks to release the sensor.

7.

To remove the actuator, first rotate the actuator to align with the key, then 
remove.
