General Troubleshooting

Misfeed at Paper Feed Section

The leading edge of the paper does not block the Registration Sensor even
after the lapse of a predetermined period of time after the Tray 1 Paper Pick-
up Solenoid has been energized.

Warning

To avoid the potential of electric shock, ensure the power to the printer is
off and the power cord is disconnected from the wall outlet prior to
performing each step of the following troubleshooting procedure.
