Remove Tray 1 (page 4-5).

Remove the Duplex Unit (page 4-6).

Remove 2 screws (silver, flanged, tap, 10 mm) and remove the Paper Empty Sensor cover.

Unplug P/J36 and remove the Paper Empty Sensor.
