Chapter 5

• In your Windows Program, select the Booklet paper size you want to

use.  (You must complete this step in order for your document to print as
a booklet).

• Different Windows programs have different ways to select a paper size.

Frequently, the paper size is changed on a Print Setup or Page Setup
dialog box invoked from the File menu.  You may need to consult your
program manual or help system to learn how to select a paper size.

• In order for you to print a booklet size, the application must allow

selection of all the paper sizes enumerated by the driver (including

Booklet on letter

 and 

Booklet on A4

).  Some applications do not allow

this.
