Troubleshooting

•

Reinstall the face-up tray.

Open the paper cassettes and remove any jammed or partially
fed paper.

If paper was fed from the multi-sheet bypass feeder, remove all
papers from the multi-sheet bypass feeder tray, including any
jammed or partially fed paper.

Reload the multi-sheet bypass feeder tray.

Close the paper cassettes and resume printing.
