The Toner Cartridge is not seated correctly.
ACTION: Reseat the Toner Cartridge. See Appendix B: Maintaining the Printer
for Toner Cartridge installation instructions.
Clear Area A
Clear Env/Bypass
A paper jam has occurred in Area A.
ACTION: Clear the Envelope Feeder or the Bypass Feeder. Then reseat Tray 1.
Clear Area A
Reset Tray 1
A paper jam has occurred in Area A.
Use one of the following procedures to clear Area A:
• “Clearing Area A (No Duplex Module)” (page 6-32).
• “Clearing Area A (With Duplex Module)” (page 6-35).
Then reseat Tray 1.
Clear Area B
Reset Tray 2
A paper jam has occurred in Area B.
Use the procedure:
• “Clearing Area B” (page 6-38).
Then reseat Tray 2.
Clear Area C
Reset Tray 4
A paper jam has occurred in Area C.
Use the procedure “Clearing Area C” (page 6-38) to clear Area C.
Then reseat Tray 4.
Clear Area C
Reset Tray 5
A paper jam has occurred in Area C.
Use the procedure “Clearing Area C” (page 6-38) to clear Area C.
Then reseat Tray 5.
