Message Cause/Treatment
Cause: Paper jam has occurred in the bypass tray.
Treatment: Remove paper jam according to instructions on
the control panel.
Cause: Paper jam has occurred in the mail box.
Treatment: Remove paper jam according to instructions on
the control panel

Cause: Paper jam has occurred in tray *.
Treatment: Pull out tray * and remove jammed paper.

Cause: The maximum capacity of mail box bin * is
exceeded.
Treatment: Remove copies from mail box bin *.
Cause: The maximum capacity of each of the mail box
has been exceeded or paper is left in each bin.
Treatment: Remove copies from each of the mail box bins.
Cause: When the battery voltage of the NV memory is
lowered, the system setting memory will be
erased from the memory.
Treatment: Press Eject/Set to initialize the system.
