USER AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY LIABILITY OR CLAIMS

PRODUCT OR OTHERWISE UNDER THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE,

Data Storage and Usage
By using this product, you hereby signify that you have agreed you may provide XAG with data
regarding the use and operation of the product, such as flight telemetry data (E.g., Speed, Altitude,
Battery Cycle, Battle Life) and operations records.
