Configuring Your Phone’s Keys

You configure your phone’s keys using the Phone Configurator. To launch the Phone Configurator, follow
these steps:

Select the

Settings

page in CommPortal.

Select the

Phones

tab.

Click on the

Configure Your Phone

link.

This launches a new browser window for the Phone Configurator. You must have Adobe Flash Player

version 9 or later installed to use the Phone Configurator.

Using the Phone Configurator’s Graphical View

Once you have launched the Phone Configurator you will be presented with an image of your phone:

The examples shown in this document show an Aastra 57i phone with a 560M sidecar. Your phone model

may differ from the one shown.
