Sets the RC control either by the control board
or manually. Hexadecimal code: each bit
corresponds to an input. Ex: A1 (10100001)
indicates the RC 1, 6 and 8 are managed

Enables the corresponding RM when managed
manually (see SYS.GPIO.OUT.MASK)
