Emergency Stop Button
In the event of danger or malfunctions during operation, the machine can be stopped quickly and reliably using
the emergency stop button (

) on the control panel. Before restarting the machine, the emergency stop button
must be unlocked again.
The braking time of the motor to a standstill must not exceed 10 seconds.

Adjusting the Milling Spindle

The tool height and spindle tilt are positioned via the two
handwheels at the front, which can be adjusted after loos-
ening the corresponding clamping lever (
K1
) or (
K2
).

Range: max. 175 mm

•
Loosen the clamping lever (

).
•
Set the angle with the handwheel (

) and read it off the angle scale (

After adjustment, tighten the clamping screw (
K1
) again.

Loosen the clamping lever (

).
•
Preset the height by cranking the handwheel (

).
•
Then make the fine adjustment using the indicator (

).
•
After adjustment, tighten the clamping screw (
K2
) again.
Please note: In order to avoid possible spindle play, the height adjustment should always
be made from the bottom to the top.
