Board Stop Adjustment

TD1 Only: NOTE:

When reinstalling the board stop to the other side of the transfer deck

from its original position, make sure to switch the accessory roller and the swing stop
assemblies.

To replace the accessory roller and the swing stop assemblies:

1.

Remove the four hex head bolts securing the accessory roller. Remove the accessory
roller assembly from the transfer deck.

2.

Remove the four hex head bolts securing the swing stop and remove the swing stop.

See Figure 3-15.

3.

Install the accessory roller to the side where the swing stop was firstly mounted. Mount
the swing stop on the other side of the transfer deck frame. Make sure the swing stop is
installed to the same side of the transfer deck where the board stop is located.

NOTE:

The accessory roller assembly has been designed to help the operator transfer

lumber to an additional conveyor or any other wood-processing equipment. You can
remove the accessory roller assembly if not used.

4.

Make sure to tighten the mounting bolts when the replacement procedure is complete.
