Install the lower table tube with bearings to the transfer deck frame. Use four 1/2-13 X 1
1/2  hex  head  bolts,  1/2  split  lock  washers,  and  1/2  flat  washers.  Tighten  the  bolts  to
secure the lower table cross tube in place.
