5.1. How To Use Shortcut Codes
1. Enter the desired preset number into the PTZ controller, then
call
or
save
to execute the command. Example:
•
To change “White Balance” mode from “INDOOR” to “OUTDOOR”, enter preset number “62” and
save
the preset.
•
To change the setting back to “INDOOR”, enter preset number “62” and
call
the preset.
5.1.1. Preset and Shortcut Notes
•
Shortcut preset points (51-63 and 79-101) may only be used for the functions listed in the shortcuts table.
•
Preset position numbers 1-50, 64-78, and 102-165 may be used to set preset call positions (128 available in total).
•
Cruise Track (Preset 51):
When preset “51” is
saved
, the camera will auto-scan point by point from preset position “1”
to “16” (if they are assigned), pausing for 2 seconds at each position. If no presets are assigned, the camera will not
track.
•
Line Scanning (Presets 51-53):
The camera will scan between two specified points. Set the start and end point by
positioning the camera as desired and
saving
presets “52” and “53”.
•
Line scanning speed may be set by moving the camera for at least three seconds, then
calling
preset “51”.
•
Provided the start and end points have been set,
calling
preset “52“ starts the line scanning from the start point to
the end point.
•
Pan Continuous Scanning (Preset 101):
Move the camera at the desired speed for at least 3 seconds, then
call
preset
“101” to begin panning at the speed and in the direction that the camera view was moved.
