WinFast TV: Watching TV

Note: To watch cable TV, you need to have an account with a cable TV provider
and connect the cable to your system.

WinFast TV is a powerful and easy-to-use application that provides feature-
rich video entertainment. WinFast TV allows you to view and record live TV
or video and play back recorded TV or video in a PIP (picture-in-picture) style
as well as control all available functions.

This section explains the functionality that WinFast TV has to offer and provides
basic operating instructions. For advanced operations, refer to the WinFast
online help file for detailed information.

Using WinFast TV with a mouse and the WinFast TV
control panel

Click

Start > All Programs > WinFast Entertainment Center > WinFast TV

to start the program.

Scanning TV Channels

When you use WinFast TV for the very first time, you must scan the available
TV channels in your area before you can watch TV. On the WinFast TV Control
Panel, click the

Configuration

button >

Tuner Setup

button >

Scan channels

button. WinFast TV will start scanning and display channel

numbers on the channel list.
