Taking Care of the System
• Use the FusionPC in operating temperatures between 10˚ C (50˚ F) and 35˚ C
(95˚ F).
• Avoid placing the system in a location subject to high humidity, extreme
temperatures, mechanical vibration, direct sunlight, or heavy dust.
• Do not cover or block any ventilation openings on the system. For example,
do not place the system on a bed, sofa, rug, or other similar surface. Otherwise,
overheating may occur that can result in damage to the system.
• Keep the system at least 13 cm (5 inches) away from electrical appliances
that can generate a strong magnetic field such as a TV, refrigerator, motor,
or large audio speaker.
• Do not place the system on an unsteady surface.
• Gently wipe the display with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol or
detergent on the display.
• To maximize the life of the backlight in the display, allow the backlight to
automatically turn off as a result of power saving. Avoid using a screen saver
or other software that prevents power saving from working.
• Never clean the system with its power on.
• The housing surface may be sensitive to chemical agents. To clean the housing,
use a soft cloth moistened with water or non-alkaline detergent to wipe the
exterior of the system.
