Storage Card Problems
Problem: The storage card does not work.
Solution • Make sure that the card is correctly seated.
• Make sure that the storage card is not physically damaged.
Modem Problems
Problem: The modem does not work.
Solution • Make sure that the modem driver is correctly installed.
• Make sure that the telephone line is properly connected.
Mouse Problems
Problem: The optical mouse is difficult to control.
Solution Make sure that you are not using the following surfaces for the
optical mouse: surfaces without texture (such as glass), reflective
surfaces (such as a mirror) and surfaces with irregular texture
(such as color pictures or magazines).
PC Card Problems
Problem: The PC card does not work.
Solution • Make sure that the card is correctly seated.
• If the card requires an IRQ (interrupt), make sure that there
is one available.
Problem: The card stops communicating properly.
Solution The application may have been reset when the system was turned
off or in Standby mode. Exit and restart the application.
