6.8.2 RESET
button
The RESET button is located on the front of the bus
coupler next to the 7-segment display. If you press it, a
RESET is triggered which resets the bus interface and
reinitialises the motor starter and any further
podis
motor control units that are connected via the extension
bus.
6.8.3
Diagnostics under PROFIBUS DP
The
podis
DRIVE
PROFIBUS interfaces support
extended diagnostics information in addition to the
standard 6 byte diagnostics information specified in the
norm. This data is in the form of device-related
diagnostics signals.
The bus coupler makes the PROFIBUS DP standard
diagnostics data available after a request from the master
or in the event of an error.
