The unit starts the electroforming process automati-
cally when the gold electrolyte reaches the required
temperature. Until this temperature is reached, any
errors can be corrected by pressing the Start/Stop key
to interrupt the heating-up process. The operation indi-
cator lights up during the electroforming process.
When the electroforming process is completed
(remaining electroforming time display shows “End”),
the unit reverts to standby mode.
Press the mode button to clear the previous settings.
The unit is then ready for the next deposition operation.
Removing the denture base after electroforming:
After the electroforming process is completed, push the
electroforming head upwards. Allow the denture base
to drip dry. Disconnect the copper wires, take out the
denture base and rinse it under running water.
For subsequent treatment of the denture base follow
the appropriate dental procedures for the AGC
®
technique.
