Switch on the AGC
®
Micro Plus unit using the mains
switch at the bottom right of the unit.
It is now in standby mode: only the displays are
activated.
Anode with temperature sensor:
The anode (with temperature sensor) must be placed
into the electroforming head mount before the unit is
put into operation for the first time. To do this, push the
electroforming head upwards and remove it from its
mount.
Ensure that the anode (with temperature sensor) is in-
serted into the socket of the mount as far as it will go.
To do this, the red marking on the plug of the anode
must be facing towards the right.
To remove the anode (with temperature sensor), pull
the lock of the plug downwards.
Attention:
Do not try to pull off the anode without pulling the lock
downwards, as this may damage the anode and the
mount. The plug cannot be unscrewed!
The AGC
®
Micro Plus enables up to sixteen parts to be
electroformed in a single process. The parts are divided
into seven different sizes – see comparison chart. The
power level required for each channel can be adjusted
separately. The electroforming thickness of the parts
(0.2 mm or 0.3 mm) can be selected by means of the
mode button.
