Please heed instructions for use and storage (see
material safety data sheet). As the cleanser decompo-
ses when exposed to light, it is recommended to use
and store this material in a closed cupboard.

Attention: Stains left by the electrode cleanser are
difficult to remove due to the iodine base!

After cleaning, the anode should have a shiny metallic
appearance –

(do not polish the anode mechanically!)

If tough deposits have accumulated, allow the cleanser
more time to take effect. After using the cleanser, rinse
the anode well under running water, clean in an ultra-
sonic unit and rinse again. Then screw the anode
carefully back onto the temperature sensor.
