5.2.5. Insertion of the reducer inserts for pipes with OD 50 – 250 mm
You will need the small supports for pipes with
OD 50 – 160 mm and for pipes with OD180 –
250 mm use the large ones.
You may adjust the desired outer pipe diameter
by slightly lifting and shifting both supports (7).
The sizes are imprinted on the fore and rear
part (8 + 9).
In order to change the supports you must
detach each of the knurled head screws (10).
Now you can remove the supports laterally with
the sliding blocks out of the machine tables.
5.2.6. Insertion the pipe bracket with pipe supports (optional)
You will need the optional pipe supports (11) for
pipes with OD 20 – 40 mm.
Put the necessary pipe supports (11) onto the
pipe bracket (7).
Align the pipes to each other.
Align the pipe bracket to the pipe (arrow) in
horizontal direction.
Fix the pipe bracket (13) by the knurled screw
(12).
