
RECEIVING YOUR EQUIPMENT
A common carrier will be delivering your Wellsys product. Upon receipt you should check the
following.
1. Are the systems still on the pallet with straps and flex wrap fully intact?
2. Count the number of boxes you are signing for.
3. Verify there are no damages, inspect tops of boxes for signs of double stacking of pallets,
ensure empty box is on top of the pallet and not smashed, inspect for tears in flex wrap or
other signs of damage to boxes
4. Mark all damages on the BOL and have the driver sign acknowledgement of damages
After receiving the equipment from the carrier, remove packaging and inspect for any
hidden freight damage. If freight damage has occurred, call Wellsys customer service (855-
558-9796) to report the damage. Photograph all damages to be submitted with claim. THIS
MUST BE DONE WITHIN THREE BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY. IF the signed delivery receipt
with the drivers signature acknowledging damage, pictures of the damages and serial numbers
with details of the damage are not received with 3 days it may result in Wellsys not being able to
offer any assistance with the shipping claim which would mean Wellsys would not be able to
offer any relief .
