TIPS
Be careful
: do not try to open the cover of the appliance after completion of the program
operation, unless the pressure is released.
To release pressure, use the steam release valve (6) - carefully, using a potholder, turn the valve
into the “steam release” position (see Figure No. 3). Be careful - release of the hot steam can be
accompanied by boiling water splashes - take care of your hands and face. Remember - there
shall be free space above and around the appliance (see the “IMPORTANT” section).
Select the cooking duration depending on the amount and type of the initial ingredients. For
example, if you cook tough beef using the MEAT program, you’d better select the LONG mode,
and if you cook chicken - the SHORT mode.
Use the following recipes:
1. Buckwheat
Wash 2 measuring glasses of buckwheat.
Add 2.5 glasses of water, salt to the taste.
Program: CEREALS, mode - MEDIUM.
2. Turkey
broth
Turkey leg with a bone (wash) - about 400 g.
1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 potato - peel, wash, cut
Bay leaf, peppercorn to the taste, salt ~1.5 table spoon.
Program: SOUP, mode - MEDIUM.
3. Milk
porridge
3 measuring glasses of round grain rice.
4 measuring glasses of milk + 2 measuring glasses of water.
1/2 tea spoon of salt + 1 tea spoon of vanilla sugar, 1/2 of the measuring glass of sugar.
Program: MILK PORRIDGE, mode - MEDIUM.

Fried eggs with toasts
4 pieces of the French long baton, 2 eggs.
Butter to oil the container.
Any spices.
Oil the container with butter, put 4 toasts, add spices.
Fry using the FRYING program with opened cover turning them over once. Move the toasts
apart, add 2 eggs. If you wish the fried eggs to toughen, close the cover some minutes before
completion of the program work.
5. Pilaf
2 measuring glasses of round grain rice.
1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 small carrot.
Meat - 300 g.
6 cloves of garlic, 1 table spoon of spices for pilaf, 1 table spoon of salt.
2 measuring glasses of water.
Bacon - about 70 g.
Cut the bacon, put it into the container, add washed meat cut into pieces. Wash and add rice,
peeled vegetables cut in cubes. After all add garlic and spices. Pour water, slightly mix the upper
layer.
Program: PILAF, mode - MEDIUM.
