Installation of the e-ULTRAMIX
®
control unit
The e-ULTRAMIX control unit can be fixed directly to a solid surface (such as a wall). To
do this, remove the front cover (fig. 4a) and fix the rear section using screws and plugs
(fixings not included) (fig. 4b). Fix the control unit to a flat surface (wall, etc.).
If the programming control unit is fitted with cables for connecting relays, etc. please
take care not to cut or damage the cables when fixing. Also ensure that the cables are
not stressed or stretched. They can be fixed using the cable clamps located on the
casing.
The programming control unit is included with the thermostatic mixing valve.
It must be installed close to this unit, as dictated by the length of the cable linking it to
the actuator.
Actuator LED
Steady red: fully hot
Flashing red: heating in progress
Flashing green: cooling in progress
Slow pulsing green (every 10 secs): actuator at 10%
stroke
Steady green: fully cold
Off: not working
Once the electrical connections have been made, replace the front cover (fig. 4c).
