Using the and keys, adjust the setpoint temperature and confirm using . The
actuator will then be positioned automatically to obtain the requested setpoint tempera-
ture (approx. 0.5 °C) on the probe.
If the requested setpoint temperature is not reached automatically, the system
records the actuator’s last mechanical position (either on manually exiting the
configuration menu, or after 5 minutes).

Programming thermal shock cycles
By default, no thermal shock cycles are programmed. Thermal shock cycles can be
programmed weekly. Thermal shock cycles can be programmed up to a maximum of 2
hours per day.
Select the required day and confirm using . Next, specify start and end times for the
daily thermal shock cycle using the and keys.
Make sure the thermal shock settings (temperature and duration) meet local and national
regulatory requirements
(see Configuration menu – Thermal shock T°).
Data history
The Data history screen allows you to view information about the thermal shock cycles.
Using the and keys, select the day then confirm using .
Details of the thermal shock are displayed.
There are three possible statuses for the thermal shock cycle, which are displayed as
follows:
No programmed or forced cycle.
DHW T° too low.
Thermal shock OK.
Mixed T° setting
