TrimMaster Pro

Watkiss BookMaster Service Manual - Issue 1 - 14/12/00

1. Make three books.
2. Measure the trimmed length of the books and compare this to the length

selected on the control panel.

3. Remove the rear cover (between outfeed conveyor and waste removal

belt). This will give access to the adjustment screws.

Figure 3:26 Trim Axis Home Position Adjustment

4. Using a 4mm allen key, turn the adjustment screws:-

• Clockwise to increase trim.
• Anti-clockwise to decrease trim.

5. Repeat ‘steps 1 - 5’ until trim is calibrated correctly.
6. Replace the rear cover.

Note: It is essential that after each adjustment has been made
